RLWA was founded in 2003 and started as a timber manufacturing business that supplied and installed all solid wood products.
From the start of business, RLWA focussed on making use of only the best quality raw materials and hardware to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and outlast any of our clients’ expectations. Our products are built by skilled artisans who are closely monitored and continuously trained and tested.
We strive not only to continuously expand but also to consistently deliver high-quality products backed by excellent service.

In 2008 RLWA invested in the Aluminium industry and started to provide a wide variety of aluminium systems to our existing client base. In 2012, due to an increase in demand, we proudly expanded our manufacturing capacity which has led to our aluminium department relocating to larger premises in Sunderland Ridge.
In 2014, RLWA purchased 3 properties in Sunderland Ridge, allowing us to increase our capacity by 500%. And we currently have more than 90 full-time employees operating in dedicated departments.

WHY RLWA?
RLWA makes use of high quality Wispeco aluminium window and door systems. Single as well as double glazed products and are available in a range of colours and finishes. For the best uninterrupted views, consider a frameless alternative. Aluminium is a great choice as it is easy to maintain and is user friendly. It also allows for a variety of glass options including extremely large sizes. Other benefits include: corrosion and distortion resistant, well insulated, durable and can be fitted with a variety of security features.
RLWA makes use of specially designed plastic spacers, pre-manufactured in different thicknesses, for installations of all our products. This eliminates issues of swelling from moisture, as found in masonite spacers and thus affecting levels of installations. The result is extremely smooth operational doors and windows.
